Netflix annuncia Sweet Tooth, la nuova serie originale basata sui fumetti creati da Jeff Lemire per DC.
La serie, in 8 episodi, racconta la storia del giovane Gus – metà ragazzo, metà cervo – che lascia la sua dimora nella foresta per scoprire un mondo devastato da un evento catastrofico. Gus si unisce a una famiglia di altre creature ibride, metà umani e metà animali, per trovare risposte dietro a questo nuovo mondo e al mistero delle proprie origini.
Nel cast: Christian Convery (Beautiful Boy, Tiger Rising, Non si scherza col fuoco), Nonso Anozie (The Laundromat, Zoo, Trono di Spade), Adeel Akhtar (I miserabili – la serie, Vittoria & Abdul, The Big Sick – Il matrimonio si può evitare), Will Forte (The Last Man on Earth, Saturday Night Live) e con James Brolin (Life in Pieces, Amityville Horror, Westworld) come voce narrante nei Paesi di lingua anglofona.
